Gary L. Keappler Chief Executive Officer

With more than four decades of experience in the real estate industry, Gary has a wide range of expertise. Starting as construction superintendent for apartment projects in 1966, he also has been property manager, project manager and executive vice president of operations for several Atlanta real estate developers as well as family ventures.

Before assuming full-time duties as CEO of Quintus, Gary served as executive vice president for Tattersall Properties, where he directed the development and marketing of Horseshoe Bend, a 3,000-unit country club community along the Chattahoochee River in Roswell, Georgia. Prior to that he served as executive vice president for Investment Capital Companies, providing construction management for more than 600 Atlanta-area condominium units.

A graduate of the University of Georgia with a BA in Real Estate, Gary has been active in the Home Builders Association of Metro Atlanta, Apartment Owners & Managers Association, and the Atlanta Real Estate Board.

William E. Keappler Chief Financial Officer

Bill oversees financial matters for all Quintus Corporation affiliates. He directs resources in areas of administration, financial planning, and performance analysis. Bill also oversees all reporting to financial partners and compliance with all governmental agencies.

Bill has served as property manager for office, retail, and residential properties, and as comptroller during his long career in the family business. He received his BS in Accounting from the University of West Georgia and holds a Georgia Real Estate Brokers license. Bill is active in Rotary International, where he has served his local club in all roles for more than 30 years. He also has been active in the Atlanta Apartment Association and the Atlanta Real Estate Board.

Mark E. Keappler President of Quintus Corporation

Mark oversees all residential and commercial property management functions within the Quintus portfolio and directs the construction of all development ventures. He also analyzes all investment and development opportunities for Quintus affiliates, and oversees the structuring and placement of financing for these ventures.

Prior to joining the family business in 1987, Mark received his property management training from Clark Financial Corporation, a national apartment syndication and management company, where he was an Area Manager over several Atlanta properties. Mark received a BS in Economics and Business Administration from Berry College, holds a Georgia Real Estate license, and is a member of the Atlanta Apartment Association and the National Association of Home Builders Multi Family Council. He has been an adult leader in local Boy Scouts of America Troop 26 and is an Elder at The Church of the Redeemer, PCA.

Kelly L. Keappler President of Quintus Development

Kelly is responsible for all property sales and acquisitions. He directs the development during the initial start-up period, performing duties such as land development due diligence, loan negotiations and zoning, as well as assisting with planning and permitting for the construction phase, site feasibility and market analysis.

Kelly is Gary's son and the beginning of the third-generation Quintus management team. Before joining the family business in 1996, Kelly worked in various sales and marketing capacities with Warner Lambert Company. Kelly received an AB in Communication and Human Relations from the University of Georgia and holds a Georgia Real Estate license. He is active in the Council for Quality Growth, the National Association of Home Builders Multi Family Council, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Town Center Community Improvement District. He also is active in the YMCA.
