Quintus affiliates currently own and self manage a multi-family portfolio of 2,800+ units with a staff of over 100 professionals under the Avonlea Apartments brand.  Quintus Development, under the leadership of Kelly Keappler, has built nine Class A apartment communities in metro Atlanta over the past decade and has an active development pipeline of owned and entitled land for apartment development.  

Currently active or planned developments are:
