To provide such location-based services, we may collect, use, and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your mobile device. This location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you and is solely used by us to provide and improve location-based products and services. If you wish to deactivate this feature, you can disable the location services on your mobile device.
Quintus implements and maintains physical, administrative, and technical safeguards designed to secure user information and prevent unauthorized access to or disclosure of that information. Under our security policies and practices, access to personal information is authorized only for those who have a legitimate need for such access, and records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for business or legal purposes. In many instances we may retain all or part of your personal information indefinitely where we deem it advisable to do so to verify our continuing and past compliance with the requirements of law, such as the requirements of Fair Housing or anti-discrimination laws.
