Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia as well as a Georgia Real Estate License. He is an active member of the Council for Quality Growth, Cobb Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association of Home Builders Multi Family Council. Kelly is the former Chairman and Vice-Chair of the Town Center CID and Chairman of the Town Center Community Alliance. He has held Board and leadership positions in several community and philanthropic organizations, including The Georgia Transportation Authority, Cobb County Airport Advisory Board, Hamilton YMCA, The Walker School, and International Sports Missions (ISF).
